Life Legacy
Jae’von LaShawn Vance, 15, of Beloit, Wisconsin, took the Lord’s hand and went on to heaven on Monday, December 21, 2009. He died at Beloit Memorial Hospital.
Jae’von was born on March 16, 1994 in Orlando, Florida the son of Melinda L. Vance and Craig Dean. He lived four years in Florida and lived in Beloit the last eleven years. Jae’von was a freshman at Beloit Memorial High School who was a huge sports fan, especially the Chicago Bears football team. He also liked playing video games, spending weekends with his grandparents, and hanging out with best friends, Keon, Marvin, Kevin, and Marquise.
His survived and will be sadly missed by his mother, Melinda Vance, father, Craig Dean, two sisters, Jamani, and Jamari Vance, grandparents, Gary and Debra Vance, all of Beloit, grandmothers, Sandra Dean of Beloit, and Leann Addelman of Orfordville, WI, great-grandmother, Lucille Hipps of Beloit, great-grandparents, Chuck and Shirley Pinnow of Orfordville, WI, and George and Alta Melvin of Beloit, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, including a special friend, Emery Golden. Jae’von was truly a special young man with much love to offer those who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family.
Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Hansen-Gravitt Funeral Home in Beloit. Viewing is from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Friends are welcome to greet the family on Wednesday one hour prior to the service.
