Kathryn A. Gray, 65, of Beloit, Wisconsin, died, Sunday, January 24, 2010 at Beloit Memorial Hospital in Beloit, Wisconsin after a long illness.
The former Kathryn Ann Taber was born, April 1, 1944 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Grover Patrick and Ruth Ann (Kissner) Taber. Kathryn was formerly married to Lawrence Gray Sr. She was employed for many years at Evart Products in Evart, Michigan, and at Wisconsin Knife Works in Beloit. Kathryn was a member of First Baptist Church in Evart, Michigan, and attended Berean Baptist Church in Beloit.
Kathryn is survived by her daughter, Sandra Gray, Kalispell, Montana, four sons, David (Jennifer) Gray,and Larry Gray, both of Beloit, Wisconsin, Robert Gray, Barryton, Michigan, and Jerry (Kelly) Gray, Fort Worth, Texas, sixteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, sister, Pam (Dave) Horning, Renus, Michigan, brother, Darrell (Linda) Taber, Mount Morris, Michigan, and brother-in-law, Jerry Behm, Elgin, Illinois, along with numerous, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Lynn Bartram, and Barbara Behm, and two brothers, Raymond Taber, and David Taber.
Funeral services are 12:00 p.m. Thursday, January 28, 2010 at Berean Baptist Church, 1922 Shopiere Road, Beloit, Wisconsin 53511 with Reverend Kelvin Swanson officiating. Visitation is from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Hansen-Gravitt Funeral Home, 424 Prospect Street, Beloit, Wisconsin 53511. Committal at Eastlawn Cemetery in Beloit will follow the funeral service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family.
