Life Legacy
Helen E. Moore, 90, of Beloit, Wisconsin, died, Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at Manorcare in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
The former, Helen E. Wilson was born on February 12, 1920 in Pontotoc, Mississippi, the daughter of David and Bessie (Williams) Wilson. Helen was a member of Henderson Avenue United Methodist Church in Beloit. Helen was loved by all who knew her, she loved living in Beloit and spending time with her family and friends.
Helen is survived by two daughters, Shirley (James) Alexander of Atlanta, GA, and Barbara (Al) Aldridge of Indianapolis, IN, two sons, James Moore of Beloit, and Phillip Moore of Kenosha, WI, twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, two sisters, Mattie Wilson, and Etta Autry, both of Pontotoc, MS, three brothers, David Wilson of Hopkins, MI, Paul Wilson of Fort Wayne, IN, and Raymond Wilson of Pontotoc, MS, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Martin Scott Aldridge, three sisters, Adele Jennings, Naomi Smith, and M.L. Owens, and five brothers, James, David-Leon, Quedell, Leon, and Roy Wilson.
Funeral services are 12:00 p.m. Thursday, June 10, 2010 in Henderson Avenue United Methodist Church in Beloit with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial at Eastlawn Cemetery in Beloit will follow the service.
